Invented in Cambridge, built on real defence heritage

PHANTM was invented in Cambridge by Dr Tony Hooley, is protected by a filed patent, and builds on prior UK Ministry of Defence antenna programmes. It is currently at technology readiness level 4, and its contested-environment use has been put to NATO’s DIANA accelerator (2027 Challenge 4, operational resilience in contested environments). The same architecture serves defence and commercial markets from a single design.
